This letter confirms agreement that you will take the part of an IMMORTAL PRODUCTIONS film. This is a high budget production film and we are keen to ensure that everyone understands the basis upon which the Film is being made.
If you have any enquires or issues about the letter/form or anything you don’t understand please do not hesitate to contact us.
>Agreement of availability to work during the shooting schedule

> You agree that the filming will take place in the following locations
______Coventry cathedral, Sidney Stringer Academy ___________
>You agree to give over any rights you may have in the finished film to name of IMMORTAL PRODUCTIONS. Then this means we are allowed to distribute the film in any and every way we can.
>We will pay a fee of £230,000 for your performance in this Film. The fee is payable within after the film production has completely finished.
5) We will make sure that you will not work more that 8 hours in a day.
6) We will ensure that your health and safety will be secure during filming; any stunts will be done by stunt doubles.
7) We will have health insurance to cover you if any injuries occur during the filming.
8) We will pay all travel expenses and provide food and drinks throughout any working days.
