9 frame analysis - 3


An embedded video of a (the same GENRE as YOUR FILM) title sequence of your choice and accompanying analysis answering the same questions.

1.     How does the title sequence establish the genre (explain the genre’s codes and conventions), character and narrative?
2.     How does the title sequence attract an audience’s interest?
3.     What do you consider to be the target audience of the film and why? (explain audience gender and demographics and why it would appeal to that particular audience)
4.     Who has produced the film and how is that evident in the title sequence?

















9 frame anaylsis
 the first frame is full pitch black which has a big impact on the opening sequence because it creates tension to the audiences mind, it makes the audience think whats going to happen. The colour black shows that the film is dark and dangerous.  The audience will think the movie has a thriller genre because it will staright away create suspense.

The second frame shows weapons laying down on the table which shows instantly to the audience that the film would be a dark, dangerous film the weapons
